Emily Swallow

Her career started with Broadway theater which she starred in various shows. They included High Fidelity and King Lear at the Guthrie Theater. Other plays include Much Ado About Nothing for Shakespeare in the Park. The off-Broadway debuts of Romantic Poetry and Measuring for Pleasure. Swallow started her career in film with 2008's military thriller The Lucky Ones. Swallow was in the world premiere of Donald Margulies' play The Country House at Los Angeles' Geffen Playhouse, opposite Mark Rylance in Louis Jenkins The show Nice Fish at the Guthrie Theatre. She also appeared in John Patrick Shanley's musical Romantic Poetry at Manhattan Theater Club. In 2010, she won the Falstaff Award as the best female performer for her role as the Taming of the Shrew. The Taming of the Shrew. Swallow and Jac Huberman, a fellow comedian/singer, came up with an stage show called Jac N Swallow in 2012. They staged the show in New York's Laurie Beeckman Theater, and Joe's Pub. It is focused on comedy adventures as the two navigate diverse life experiences with various levels of normalcy. Based on their characters they are creating a TV show. The year 2013 was the year she worked alongside Mark Rylance and poet Louis Jenkins on the world premiere of Nice Fish at the Guthrie Theater. In 2016, she appeared in Center Theatre Group's production of Ayad Akhtar's scandalous. Swallow was first seen on television in Guiding Light. Her other characters are Southland. The Good Wife. NCIS. Flight of the Conchords. Medium. In the role of series regular the character Dr. Michelle Robidaux in TNT's Medical drama Monday Mornings[2]. The role she played was FBI agent Kim Fischer in The Mentalist. One year later, she was cast on the 11th season of Supernatural as the persona Amara, "the Darkness". In the year 2019 she was cast in the role as the Armorer on the Star Wars series The Mandalorian as the leader of the Mandalorians who are traditionalists. There has been no mention of her in the show as traditionalists wear helmets at all times. This character was more visible during Season 3 due to the fact that the plot was Mandalorian tradition and the people who live there that were not only Mandalorian. Emily Emily Emily
